How to care for your Denby
Stoneware products.

Denby Stoneware has one of the hardest
glazes on any dinnerware product in the world. Denby is designed to be used as
often as you want, not to be put in a cupboard for occasional use. ALL Denby
stoneware is 100% microwave, dishwasher and pre-warm oven safe. The cook and
serve range is designed for cooking in the oven and serving straight to the
table. Denby products are extremely durable, super tough and made for
practicality. Beware of cheap stoneware imitations - there is only one
Denby.

Denby Stoneware is dishwasher safe.

Because of the glaze being super
tough, inferior cutlery or silver plated cutlery may leave grey marks - this
is due to the fact the softness of the silver or cutlery less than an 18 / 10
grade stainless steel is actually blunting on the glaze. This is not a
manufacturing problem but is proving to you that the Denby glaze is stronger
and harder than your cutlery. These grey marks can be removed by using a creme
cleanser.

today. We are so satisfied with the strength, durability and quality of Denby
dinner sets that we now offer a 100% replacement guarantee on any item you have
in your dinner set purchase which may get chipped in
the first 6 months of purchase ~ conditions are below:

Offer is valid only if your initial
purchase was $500 or more.

This offer is valid only for the
dinner set components (accessory items are not included). The dinner set value
of purchase MUST be over $500 not including any freight.

To make a claim firstly check to
ensure your purchase was within 6 months or LESS that the date of damage, then
contact us via our CONTACT US PAGE.

One of our staff shall contact you
requesting a digital photo and in some instances may request you return the
item to our Head office (via post) for inspection.

Items which are
cracked/broken/shattered/temperature fractured etc are not covered by this
warranty.

Only items with a chip on them and no
other damage are covered.

Items falling outside 6 months of the
original date of purchase are NOT covered by this warranty.

Items not coming from an initial
dinner set order of $500 or more are NOT covered by this warranty.

This warranty is exclusive to Denby
Store customers only and as such we require in your initial email either your
original Denby Store order number or alternatively the name of the original
buyer (generally the name on the credit card used at time of purchase)
together with the approximate date so we can find the records of
purchase.

www.thedenbystore.com.au guarantees
that as long as (A) the item is from an original dinner set order less than 6
months of age and was $500 or more at time of purchase and (B) there is only a
chip to the item (regardless of how it is chipped), we shall replace the item
together with the associated freight fee's FREE OF CHARGE.

right to refuse any suspect claim or if the claim does not fit the above

This exclusive offer commences as of
any purchases over $500 after the 1st of January 2008 and may be withdrawn in
future without notice. In the event of such withdrawal, the withdrawal of
offer shall not affect customers within the warranty period.

NB*** Offer of chip resistant
guarantee is only valid if the item(s) is/are still available in production.
The offers do not extend to finding replacements for discontinued lines. In
the case where a line is discontinued we shall email you with several highly
reputable sites where you may be able to purchase replacements
privately.

Availability
What if the product is not in stock
once I have placed my order? You shall be contacted and advised should this
occur. You then may decide to have the product back ordered or cancel your
order. The only time your card is billed is if the product is available for
dispatch within 5 days of receipt of your order - and only after confirmation by
phone or email of your delivery address and CCV number. Very rarely due to
inaccurate stock count in the records of Denby , we are told something is in
stock when in fact it may not be. In this instance your order shall still be
accepted and we will advise you after speaking with Denby Australia's Management
how long before the product(s) arrive. Alternatively we shall refund your money
at your request less a $10.00 order cancellation fee.
Can I buy additional items for my
set? Yes at any time you can buy additional items. If the item has been
discontinued then we shall direct you to our recommended replacement and
location service for discontinued patterns and designs.
Transit & Product
Guarantee
Are the products guaranteed to
arrive safely? Yes - any item damaged during transit
shall be replaced immediately upon the damaged item being returned to our
office. In the case where the item is a one off item of damage rather than
multiple items we may simply require a Jpeg photo to be sent to us as proof of
breakage. In any case you have a period of 72 hours (3 days from the time of
receiving the goods) to report items which have arrived damaged.
Are the products guaranteed against
flaws? Yes - ALL Denby items are inspected at the factory of manufacture and
guaranteed against flaws or imperfections by Denby Australia. Should something
be wrong with your product contact our office and we shall arrange with
you to return the item and it shall be replaced immediately.
Errors on our website
pages
As much as we try, we can not always get
it right. In some cases, typing errors or editing errors may occur on our site
from time to time due to human error. We are certain you understand that this
can happen to the best of us. In the event where there is a minor error on our
site and it is recognised by Tableking management we shall not inconvenience you
for this error. If a major error, typing, editing, data entry etc occurs, we
shall rectify this error by making an offer of correction whether that to be
supply the item at almost our cost price, free freight, or other manner decided
at the time by our Australian Manager. Customers using this site agree to these
terms - cause we all know mistakes, can happen from time to time and the best we
can do is try to remedy them.

Can I post a cheque or
money order? Yes - our postal address is available
upon request by sending us an email. Please note money orders and cheques
require a 5 working day clearance period before goods are dispatched. A
processing fee for cheques or money order is charged at 5% to cover our time to
physically go to the bank or post office to collect payment. If a cheque
'bounces' you shall be immediately invoiced for the sum of $30.00 plus a further
processing fee of $5.00. If this amount is not paid within 7 days of the cheque
bouncing then www.thedenbystore.com.au
maintain at our discretion to undertake necessary recovery action.
Are there any other fee's that
are associated with purchase? Unless otherwise stated by way of a phone
call advising of a special order fee in some cases where products are
backordered from overseas, other than delivery costs which may be incurred
depending on the total of your order or destination, there are NO other fees or
hidden costs.
